This website is operated by AURA SOFA PTY LTD trading as Aura Sofa. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and information

We aim to present product information clearly, including dimensions, materials, colour, packaging and delivery notes where available. Colours and textures may vary slightly between screens and batches. If exact measurements or access clearance are important, contact us before ordering.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and product availability. We may contact you if an order requires clarification before dispatch.

Freight and delivery

Final freight is confirmed by delivery suburb, item size and access conditions before dispatch. If an additional freight amount is required, we will contact you before dispatch. If you do not accept the confirmed freight, you may cancel the order before dispatch and receive a refund for the cancelled order.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
